• Promotions and gift cards: We may offer promotional discounts from tie to time on the site.  The terms for each promotion will be posted on the site.​  We retain the right to modify or discontinue any promotions at our discretion and only one promotional code may be used per transaction.

The company operates from the state of Missouri.  We may endorse, promote, or sell items that are made in other states and will be detailed in the product descriptions.

Prices are subject to change without notice.  We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item, at any time, with our without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit the sale or service of our products to any individual, region, or jurisdiction, and we may apply this on a case by case basis.  All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us at our discretion.

Please exercise extreme care when handling blades, especially when testing their sharpness.  D4 Cutlery & Collectibles will make its best effort to package and ship items to the customer, however, 100% of the liability of shipping, loss, damage, or stolen goods in transit, or other, is the entire liability of the shipping carrier. 

• D4 Cutlery & Collectibles does NOT insure knives beyond the nominal amount of $100 for the entire order.  Therefore, if the customer wants additional shipping insurance it is 100% the responsibility of the customer to inform the company in writing, including pre-payment for the additional shipping charge for insurance.  There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy,  ​

There may be errors on our website that relate to pricing, promotions, or availability.  We reserve the right to correct these error and update or cancel orders if/when necessary.  

We may terminate your access to our services if we determine you have violated these Terms & Conditions.  If you decide to cancel you order after it has been processed, you may incur a cancellation fee to cover costs.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.  You, the customer, are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically.
